“I started as a new grad Registered Nurse in the ICU, then after a few years started doing charge nurse and precepting other nurses, and then got certified in critical care. Recently, I was just promoted to unit coordinator.”
Megan’s career potential at Sentara is sky high – a vantage point she is familiar with as a frequent sky diver. She loves learning from patients and their families, and seeing patients transition from critical into a more stable phase. Outside of Sentara, she stays busy as the mom of a one-year-old.
